We accept returns or exchanges for unused/undamaged candles, however the customer is responsible for paying for shipping both ways. If we make a mistake in your order, we will replace it right away.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship our products. If you are overcharged for shipping we will refund you the difference. We know candle shipping is already expensive, and we don’t want you to pay any more than you need to! You will receive a tracking number when you place an order.
International shipping: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged candle. We will replace the candle as soon as possible. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages; you must contact the post office with your tracking number in this unfortunate event. If your package is returned to us due to a shipping error on your part (incorrect address, no apartment number, etc.) you will have to pay to have the package shipped back to you.
